The home A-S Building Services built for our own director — six bedrooms, four dormers, two-tone slate roof, bespoke joinery. Same crew, same materials, same standard as every client commission.
Some firms point at portfolios. We point at the front door we live behind.
This is the home A-S Building Services built for our own director. A six-bedroom dormer detached in Berkshire — two-tone slate roof, four dormer windows, oversized casement glazing, bespoke joinery throughout and a central skylight that drops light straight through the spine of the staircase.
The crew that handled every trade — masonry, carpentry, roofing, plastering, finishes — is the same crew that runs every client project. Same materials, same processes, same standards. The "every project we finish should be one we'd happily live in ourselves" rule is literal here.
Ten frames covering the build of our director's home in Berkshire — from open foundations through roof timber and the AS Building site presence, to the finished dormer detached under spring blossom.
