A tired four-bedroom semi reimagined top to bottom — rear orangery extension, vaulted structural roof, open-plan kitchen-living, full garden re-level.
The brief was to make a tired four-bedroom semi feel like a destination home.
We took out the back third of the house, poured new foundations, framed a vaulted roof in structural timber, glazed the rear in a clear orangery, and reworked the kitchen and main living spaces into a single open plan with herringbone flooring throughout.
The garden was relevelled and re-paved at the same time. Every trade — masonry, carpentry, roofing, plastering, kitchen joinery, paving — was run by our own crew with a single point of contact for the client from start to handover.
Eight frames covering the rebuild — from groundworks through vaulted roof timber, the finished orangery, and the open-plan kitchen-living spaces.
